During over 20 years in real estate, Greg Vincent has seen a lot of changes and knows what it’s like to have been one of the last agents in an area to embrace technology.
When the major portals started rolling into his area & whenever any other technologies came his way, Greg Vincent simply dug in his heels in or stuck his head in the sand and tried to do everything but embrace technology.
This was a Huge Mistake. Greg Vincent went from running the stand out Number 1 agency in his area to being over taken by a number of his competition.
Instead of embracing technologies Greg Vincent chose to increase his market share geographically, by opening up numerous strategically placed offices at great expense. Had Greg Vincent moved with technology, instead of fighting it, he would have been so much further ahead.
Greg Vincent knows now that if he had embraced technology earlier it would have saved hundreds of thousands of dollars & helped him secure a huge percentage of the millions of dollars worth of sales turnover that went to the competition. Greg Vincent missed that boat & vowed to never let that happen again.
This experience sent Greg Vincent on a path of discovery to find a way that he could take back control in his area & offer a real point of difference to Greg Vincent’s community.
Greg Vincent also came to the realization that the general public had already started embracing technology, but real estate agencies and lots of other businesses were a lot slower with the technology uptake.
As part of his research, Greg Vincent personally visited over 2000 real estate agencies within Australia over a period of 6 months to see what other agents were doing differently.
Greg Vincent also traveled to the US to learn about the new technologies that were being used by agents in the US and internationally.
Greg Vincent also invested thousands of dollars plus spent thousands of hours researching & developing marketing strategies that could help agents become the Leaders of Marketing & Innovation within their area.
This extensive search for internet knowledge has now enabled Greg Vincent to develop multiple web-based businesses and has helped Greg Vincent meet with and learn from some of the most incredible masterminds of internet marketing.
Every time he learns something new about technology Greg Vincent adapts these lessons to see how it could be of benefit to his fellow agents within the real estate industry.
