You'll be pleased to know that it's now official...the construction of the weekly Real Estate Newsletter Service is now under way.
At this early stage the response from real estate agents has been incredible.
I’ll be in touch with you over the next few days to provide you with some more detailed information about how this Real Estate Newsletter Service will work.
In the meantime, start collecting email addresses from potential clients and do whatever you can to increase your database each day.
And...whatever you do, don't delete anymore records. I'll explain more about this a bit later.
And..don't tell new clients that you will be sending them a newsletter each week, because it may be 3-4 weeks before I send out your first weekly newsletter and you'll lose credibility with your client.
Simply go about your normal daily routine & we'll get things sorted at our end as fast as we can.
You'll be pleased to know that as the programming team have now been given the green light to go ahead, I should be able to give you some more detailed ideas about design & layouts, etc very soon.
I will keep you posted on the progress & I’m sure because we have some of the smartest computer minds in Australia working on this project we should be able to get it up and running very quickly…
To give you an indication about how clever these programmers are, if all goes to plan, we will be aiming for a launch within the next couple of weeks.
I promise you we definitely won’t keep you waiting any longer than we have to.
